Denver Black Foot Soldiers are calling the conviction and sentencing of twenty two year old reparations protester Brandon Smith a miscarriage of justice.
Smith stands convicted by the State for the April 15, 2010 reparations protest against Bill Jordan in which Smith claimed an IPAD Jordan had in his possession as reparations.
Smith was given a total of twenty five years for the protest and incidents related to it.
Jordan allegedly denied the Trans Atlantic Holocaust and attacked Smith – forcing the young protester to defend himself. Reportedly, Jordan lost his pinky-finger as a result of his violence.
“The denial of property claimed in a reparations protest is a racially terroristic act. The laws of this very country state we have the right to defend ourselves against racial terrorism,” Denver Black Foot Soldier
Toussaint Beckwourth is reported as stating. “It is a testimony to the white man’s value system that, inwardly knowing his is a generational race criminal for intentionally and diabolically not having made proper restitution for his atrocities our people, he would value an IPAD above the opportunity to attempt to make some small manner of restitution of his fathers’ racial atrocities.
“The denial of property claimed in a reparations protest is a racially terroristic act. The laws of this very country state we have the right to defend ourselves against racial terrorism.”
“Reparations offender Bill Jordan was asked for something so insignificant and small, until it was like it was least of his fingers he was asked for. Yet he coveted injustice to justice and neither deserved his finger nor valued it.
Colorado Soldiers have issued a condemnation against white across the state for the Smith’s conviction. They are calling for him to be released into their custody and also asking the National Black Foot Soldier Network to address Smith’s case.
